妊娠がわかったら妊娠の届出をしてください。
Please notify below desk when you get pregnant.
妊娠の届出をした妊婦に母子健康手帳を交付します。
We will issue maternal and child health handbook to those who have notified pregnancy.
母子健康手帳は、お母さんの妊娠からお子さんの誕生、そしてお子さんが小学校に入学するまでの、母と子の健康の記録となります。
Maternal and child health handbook will be health record of both child and mother since the child’s birth until your child enter in elementary school.
予防接種や乳幼児健康診査などの際にも必要です。
This handbook is necessary when the child is taking vaccination and infant medical examinations.
