Change of address procedure

中長期在留者の方（在留カード交付対象者）は、住所を定めたとき・変更になった時は届出が必要です。各届出は14日以内に行ってください。
If you are staying in Japan for mid-long term (those who are entitled to receive the foreigner residential card), you are supposed to inform your change of address within 14 days.

必要なもの：パスポート：在留カード又は特別永住者証明書

（注意）在留カードは、入国する空港によっては後日交付となる場合があります。その際は、パスポートのみお持ちください。
There are cases foreigner residential card will be given in later date depending on the airport you have entered. In this case, please bring your passport only.

（注意）安来市で「転出証明書」を交付しますので、「転出証明書」を持参しお住いになる市区町村で転入届をしてください。
We will issue moving out certificate in Yasugi-city, please proceed for changing of the address with your moving out certificate at your city (town) office.
